Her company, INNOV8A, partners with organizations in strategy design and the implementation of customized plans to meet business needs. Sara has been associated with CBI since 2011 as a succession planning consultant. She is an active participant with Youth Entrepreneur Initiative and Women in Business, and has served as chair on a community economic development board and committed herself to other board roles within non-profit organizations and community groups.
