Privacy Statement:
Country Business, Inc. (CBI Business Transitions), its associates and employees shall govern the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in a manner that recognizes the right of privacy of individuals with respect to their personal information and the need of  CBI Business Transitions to collect, use or disclose personal information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.

Accountability:
CBI Business Transitions is accountable for all personal information under its control and has designated Stewart Baker as its Privacy Officer who is responsible for its privacy policy. Any question about CBI Business Transitions' handling of personal information should be directed to the Privacy Officer.

Purposes for Collection:
The purpose for which CBI Business Transitions collects personal information shall be identified at or before the time the information is collected.

Consent:
CBI Business Transitions does not collect, use or disclose personal information without the knowledge and consent of the individual.

Limiting Collection:
CBI Business Transitions does not collect personal information other than that which is necessary for the purposes identified when the information is collected.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention:
CBI Business Transitions does not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected without the consent of the individual or as required by law.

Accuracy:
Personal information collected, used, retained and disclosed by CBI Business Transitions shall be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

Safeguards:
Personal information shall be secured in filing cabinets or on computer or computer discs  within a locked office setting except when used in the conduct of business.

Openness:
CBI Business Transitions shall make readily available to individuals information about its policies and practices related to personal information.

Individual Access:
Upon request to CBI Business Transitions, an individual shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information. An individual shall be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.

Challenging Compliance:
An individual shall be able to address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to the designated Privacy Officer.
